ONLINE OR IN-PERSON

GRIEF SUPPORT

This weekly group meets every Tuesday from 7-8PM. You can choose to join online or in-person. This group offers a safe space for parents, family, and friends who have experienced the loss of a loved one to addiction, suicide, or violence. The group is facilitated by guest speakers, and a licensed therapist is occasionally present for added support and guidance. This is an open group, however we ask that you fit the criteria mentioned above.

What to Expect

Join our Grief Support Group to navigate the complex emotions and physical symptoms associated with loss. Reactions to grief can vary, including feelings of shock, numbness, sadness, anger, guilt, and depression. It may also lead to physical sensations like chest tightness, nausea, headaches, and muscle weakness. Behavior changes such as difficulty sleeping and loss of interest in daily activities are common. Our group offers a safe space to share and find support.
